You can enjoy authentic unaju at a reasonable price. We use high-quality Japanese eels, which are the same young fish caught in Japan but raised in strict overseas environments. The eels, which we source after clearing strict import standards, are characterized by their thick meat and fluffy texture. Another appeal is that you can enjoy the deliciousness of freshly cooked eels, as they are "steamed" and "grilled" in the store. Please be sure to give it a try when you visit!

Our restaurant uses "Amon's Sauce," which was created under the supervision of famous Western Cuisine experts, based on soy sauce sourced from a long-established store founded in the Meiji era. The slightly sweet flavor goes perfectly with eel. The rice used is Amon's own koshihikari rice. We order koshihikari rice from a region that is in season. Please enjoy the combination of seasonal rice and sauce, which further enhances the appeal of our proud unaju!

We order carefully selected sake from all over Japan that goes well with eel. We always have three types of sake on hand: two rare types of sake that are hard to find in Saitama Prefecture, and "Dassai." We regularly replace the sake with new ones when it runs out, so one of the attractions is that you can enjoy discovering new flavors every time you visit. We also offer a rainy day discount! Drinks are half price on rainy days, so please stop by.
