今年最後の埼玉、千葉出張に来ました。
先ずは埼玉のホテル近くにあって、食べログで探したら、究極のとろレバと本気の抹茶割りが飲みたくて、早速初日から訪問。
すぐさま、とろレバ、本気の抹茶割りを注文…
とろレバ… … 終了……ガーン
残念ながら終わってしまいました。
気を取り直して、もう一つの食べたかった、炭燻刺のマダイを注文。それとお任せ串盛り合わせといぶりがっこを注文。
キャベツは無料で食べ放題です。
先ず、抹茶割りは最高に美味い‼️
抹茶の渋みがあり、水割り、お湯割り、どちらも良いがお酒好きには、お湯割りをお勧めする。
炭燻刺は蓋が被さって出てきて、蓋を取ると煙がモワンっと広がる。スモーキーな匂いが広がり食欲がます。刺身にはワカメやネギ、ミョウガ、人参?等、薬味があり、刺身に巻いて食べる。
これまた最高ですね
短時間でしたが、とても楽しませて頂きました。
そして…とろレバが食べたくて、2日目もチャレンジ‼️
とろレバ… 残ってました
迷いなく注文しました。
ごま油にとろレバ、ネギにニンニク。最高ですね‼️
もう心残りはありません。
他に月見つくね、白エビ唐揚げを注文。
何を頼んでもハズレなし!!
