夏期休暇中に妻と一泊二日の秩父三社巡りに出掛けました。
わらじかつ丼、ホルモン、豚みそ丼、おっきこみ、みそポテト…
秩父にはたくさんのご当地グルメがありますが、はずせないのが蕎麦
寒暖の差が大きく、水が美味しい秩父は日本有数の蕎麦どころですからね。
数多い名店の中から選んだのが、県道11号熊谷小川秩父線沿いにある二八そばひらいさん
3種類の手挽き蕎麦が頂ける実力派
開店直後に到着して運良く10分ほどで入れましたが、さすが人気店！ その後、あっという間に長蛇の列が出来ていました。

店内の黒板には使用している材料の製造元が書かれ、店主の拘りを感じます。
黒、白、2種類のつゆが用意された田舎そばは蕎麦の雑味とエグみが残る粗っぽさが魅力！
