いつもの同僚５人で 安価プレゼント持ち寄り 恒例のまた、歳をとっちゃったねの会を。（２０代～４０代）
￥４０００コース＋飲み放題９０分（ほとんどなんでも）
まずは、生ビールで乾杯。
鱧落とし 自家製梅肉醤油・・ふんわりでもしっとりでもなく作り置きしてあった「鱧落とし」に焦げ目をつけてありました。 ただ、梅肉醤油は酸っぱ過ぎず、食べやすいものでした。
１５品目の和風サラダ・・お野菜色々入ってました。 和風とありますが黒こしょうの利いたドレッシングで、こういう時のサラダって進みます。
プリプリ海老団子の鍋仕立て・・・大切りの茄子、南瓜、ゴーヤ、エビ団子を石鍋で煮ます。 エビ団子はすり身と合わせてあって練り物様です、どれも旬の野菜ですから、甘く美味しかったです。
イベリコ豚 肩ロースのパイ包み・・・これが今日のHITでしたよ。 パイ生地自体は、しなっとしていますが、イベリコ豚の火の通りも適度で良く、甘めの和風ソースがとても合っていました。
きんぎょの生春巻き・・ライスペーパーで小さい角切りトマトや貝柱を きんぎょの形に作ってあり かわいいです。 これは定番のようです。
焼ききおにぎりの二色田楽・・・必要なかったかな・・。
さっぱり梅しそ鱧台風・・・名前の通りの鱧を天ぷらにしてあります。 さっぱり、いただけます。
オニオングラタンスープ・・・タマネギをミキサーでおろしてスープと合わせてあるようです。 煮込んだものではなかったです。
鶏の照り焼きの庵かけ釜飯・・・これ、美味しかったです。鳥も柔らかく、お焦げもあり。
お腹一杯ですが、デザートの代わりに 誕生日ケーキを作ってくれました。（レギュラーでは在りません）
９０分間の飲み放題中、梅酒、「柚子小町」、「すだち酒」他、たくさんの種類をいただきましたよ。
料理が出てくるスピードが速く、食べるのが追いつかないです。
もう少し、様子を見ながら出してくれると なおいいのですが。
いくつかの無理も聞いてくれて、同僚と集まるときは使いやすいお店です。
店の大きさと価格設定から学生さんは少ないので、賑やかですが、気になりません。
いくつになっても、家族とは別に、みんなにお祝いしてもらうのはうれしいとのこと。
次回は今月あと２回・・夏生まれ多し。
プレゼントを選ぶのも楽しみのうちです。
