JR石山駅、京阪電車石坂線石山駅から徒歩5分の『きんぎょ』を初訪問。
『初春の野菜&瀬田寺新地鶏、2時間飲み放題コース』(税込み4500円－予約クーポン500円＝4000円)
をいただきながら、気心知れた仲間たちと飲食した。
コースの内容は、
①漁港＆市場直送！お造り3種盛り合わせ
②桜エビと春キャベツのシーザーサラダ
③アスパラガスとベーコンのクリーム揚げ春巻き
④新玉ねぎを丸ごと一番だしで煮込み
⑤甘辛そぼろの薄揚げ和風ピザ
⑥朝挽き地鶏胸肉の炙りタタキ
⑦筍と五目の釜飯(滋賀産みずかがみ使用)
からなる7品となっている。
味のバリエーションによって楽しく食事ができた。一番のインパクトは『新玉ねぎを丸ごと一番だしで煮込み』でした。
