琵琶湖ホテルの朝ごはん

家族の忘年会として、琵琶湖を見渡せる温泉のある琵琶湖ホテルに泊まり、此方の和定食の朝ごはんを頂きました。

夕食ビュフェも付いたプランだったので、朝はゆったりと落ち着いているだろう此方を選んで正解でした。

まず、基本のお米と味噌汁が良い。一人分づつお釜で炊かれたご飯が美味しい。地元の近江米で棚田米だとか。艶々の甘味を感じるお米と出汁の効いた味噌汁、ひのな漬けの組み合わせが旨い。

おかずは多種多彩。出し巻き卵とノドクロの開きは焼きたて熱々を持ってきてくれます。
ご飯のお供的な物も沢山あって、米が進みます。

デザートはフルーツとヨーグルト。このヨーグルトが、太田牧場と言う地元のもので、生乳100%ながら仄かに甘味を感じる美味しいものでした。

珈琲が無いのがちょっと残念でしたが、部屋の珈琲マシーンで飲めば良いかと。
朝からお腹いっぱいの美味しい和定食でした。

ちなみに昨夜のブッフェ…敢えてログは上げていませんが、まあ3.3点くらいでしたねぇ。
