石山寺門前のしじみ釜飯志じみめしの湖舟（こしゅう）
創業46年になる石山寺門前の郷土料理店「湖舟」はしじみ茶屋として石山寺のすぐ前に店を移しました。釜飯ファンに愛される鉄釜の「志じみめし」は注文をきいてから炊き始め、おこげ香る炊き立てを召し上がっていただきます。汁物には定番「シジミの赤出汁」。付け合せには近江のおばんざい５品・近江牛と赤蒟蒻のしぐれ煮・棒だらと里芋のコロッケ・シジミ時雨煮・「えび豆」・丁子麩酢味噌あえ。その他、生湯葉・胡麻豆腐なども
