昨年の夫婦の結婚記念日に子どもを
実家に預けてランチしました（子どもは来店不可だったため）。
1ヶ月程度前に予約して伺いました。
駐車場は離れた場所にあるため少し分かりにくかったですが、完備されて居ますので案内してもらうことをオススメします。
コースのみで、頂いた料理は以下の通りです。
◾️湯葉豆腐と胡麻豆腐と朧豆腐の餡掛け
◾️柿のなます
◾️むらさきずきん（枝豆）の煮物
◾️とんぶりと鯛の刺身
◾️上段は八寸
鴨のロースト、銀杏、イカ明太和え、
赤こんにゃく等
◾️下段は鯛と山椒の推し寿司
◾️サーモンの幽庵焼き
◾️海老真薯、大黒しめじ、蕪の炊き合わせ
◾️鯛の昆布巻き、帆立、海老の酢の物
◾️食用菊と梅干しのお粥
◾️オレンジゼリー
伺った日は大変寒い日でしたので、
まずは温かいものからと豆腐の餡掛けから
出てきました。細やかな気遣いと温かい料理に
身も心もほっこりしました。
とんぶりと鯛の刺身は、
プチプチとしたどんぶりの食感と鯛のコリコリとした食感が最高に合います。塩味も強めなのでご飯が欲しくなります。かなり好みでした♪
竹籠に盛り付けられた次の八寸の下には、
鯛と山椒の押し寿司が隠れていました。
色付き始めた紅葉をあしらって、
まるでお弁当のような可愛らしい一品です。
後半の炊き合わせやお粥は、
昆布と鰹から丁寧に取られた出汁を使っており
上品な味わいの料理でした。
コース料理のボリュームはかなりありましたが、
優しい味付けが多いので、食べ飽きたり食べ疲れ
たりしませんでした。
ランチの値段も大変お得だと感じました。
