Once again, I was kindly invited to visit "Uarashi" for the first time... I love eel but the price keeps going up every year so it seems a waste to just have a quick eel bowl... I've changed my attitude to travel just to eat eel, and this restaurant has even earned a silver Tabelog; it's extremely difficult to get a reservation at... the chef has studied eel so much that it's a little scary; it's truly amazing... They have arrived at this restaurant after much research into steel, charcoal, and research, and they serve the finest farmed eels... As for the price... but the fact that you were able to come here makes it even more worthwhile... It's a restaurant that you should definitely experience if you have the chance; I would like to go again in the winter next time... Thank you for the meal.
