本日は夏の風物詩,びわ湖の大花火大会♪
滋賀県に毎日かよっている身としては,これは見んといかんでしょう‼️
地元の方には,だだ混みなので止めといた方がいいですよと注意喚起されたのですが,それにもめげずおっさん3人でいざ花火大会へ‼︎
花火の前に腹ごしらえということで訪問したのが,近江軍鶏の石山に本店がある"とりこう"さん 。
ＪＲ膳所駅から琵琶湖に降りて行く途中のときめき坂にお店はあり,店内は小上がりでカウンター席とテーブル席があり,掘りごたつなのでゆったりと飲み食いできますね♪ ときめき坂,しゃれたネーミング通りのオサレな街並みですな。
さて,いただいたのは,定番の焼き鳥おまかせ(5本)。内容は,白子，手羽先,肩ロース，軟骨，こころとなります。
白子って,調べてみると，卵巣じゃなくて鶏の睾丸なんですね〜。軽く焼かれており，案外クセがない。レモンを絞って食すと,口の中でとろけ，濃厚な白子の旨みが口内に広がり,なかなか旨い❣️
肩ロースは鶏の旨味が凝縮されており,わさびが良く合いますね♪
その他の焼き鳥や手羽先なども，香ばしく上品な味わい。
お次は,ひね皮の炙りユッケ(680円)。これは歯応えがあり,新鮮ですね〜
じっくり他の希少部位も味わいたいところですが，花火の開始時間が近づいてきたので,〆に腹持ちがいい"九条ネギと近江軍鶏の究極の親子丼(800円)"をチョイス。
究極と謳うだけあり,フワトロの玉子と食感の良い軍鶏肉の旨味で,かなり美味いです♪( ´▽｀)
お代わりが欲しいぐらいですね〜
ドリンクも料理も抑えめでしたので,お会計は一人3500円ほど。
素材が良いので，当然ながら大衆焼き鳥よりはお値段はかさみますが,それだけの価値がありますね！
そして,花火大会♪
びわ湖に映えるど迫力の花火，正直ここまで凄いとは思ってませんでした((((；ﾟДﾟ)))))))
伊丹や猪名川の花火などより，断然迫力がありますね〜
近江軍鶏と花火,どちらも堪能でき,充実した夜を過ごすことができました♪
