仕事で関西方面へ出向いて晩ご飯の機会。美味しい焼き鳥や鶏造りが食べたく、食べログ検索でヒットした『鶏こう ときめき坂店』を初訪問。
まずはビンビールでスタート。付け出しはマカロニサラダがカクテルグラスに入って提供される。色鮮やかに飾られて洒落ている。
本日注文の品は次のとおり。
①ささみレア焼き 白醤油わさび(180円×2)
ささみの芯まで火が通ってなく、それが『レア』ということなのだろうが、生温かさが微妙で…。
②上肝 塩ゴマ油(180円×2)
まったりとした口あたりにも、荒塩焼きされた表面にカリッとくる食感も感じられ楽しい。
③もも 塩焼き(180円×2)
コクのある肉汁が美味しい。皮のパリッと感もリズムを与えてくれる。
④こころ タレ山椒焼き(130円×2)
こころ好きの私にして初めての味。山椒の香りはいいが、『筋肉』を単純に楽しみたいところ。
⑤鶏皮ポンズあえ(480円)
ん~。鶏皮をパリッとするまで焼きあげてからポンズあえしてほしいところをまだまだ『うにょうにょ』した感じ。
⑥こころの燻製
ん~。燻製の香りはいい。やはりこころは、単純に『筋肉』を味わいたい。技に溺れた感がある。
途中からは、冷酒に切り替えながらいろいろ楽しんだが、まだまだ品数が豊富であり、またに機会も楽しみたい。
