A friendly Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Otsu
This is my second visit to "Iza Kappa" near Otsu Station. Seafood Yukhoe 720 yen Grilled Octopus with Garlic Butter 580 yen Stewed Beef Tendon 460 yen Bottled Beer 550 yen I ordered the delicious Seafood yukhoe and garlic butter octopus last time, and they were delicious! The soft and sweet texture of the yukhoe, and the crunchy and sweet texture of the garlic butter grilled octopus. However, I can't become a regular customer of the beef tendon stew... The service is very warm, so I will come again.

I went to "Iza Kappa" near Otsu Station. I didn't know there was a restaurant in a place like this. The service is also very warm, so it's also suitable for drinking alone. I found a great restaurant.

Assorted sashimi 4 kinds 800 yen Grilled octopus with garlic butter 580 yen Deep fried pork belly 460 yen Tonpeiyaki 530 yen Oden Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）(plum) 480 yen Fresh fish carpaccio 750 yen Draft beer 430 yen Kappa (glass) 400 yen Kappa (one cup) 600 yen Among these, the recommended ones were Tonpeiyaki and Octopus with garlic butter! Basically, you can't go wrong with any of them.
