The menu items that use Omi beef are made with Omi beef raised at Okaki Farm in Ryuo, Shiga Prefecture. ``Okagi'' was founded in 1839 by the founder Shoshichi as a beef and horse dealer.Since then, we have evolved the current form of beef fattening while changing our business format with the changes of the times. For many years, in a rich natural environment, we have worked hard day and night to further refine our traditional breeding techniques to produce even more delicious Omi Beef in order to meet everyone's expectations.
