Rapid flash freezing locks in the flavor and provides the freshly-packed deliciousness.The specially-made chewy thin skin is filled with juicy meat and fresh vegetables from Shiga Prefecture. When you take a bite, the juicy meat juices overflow from the jiggly skin, filling your mouth with sweetness.An added bonus is that the use of garlic grown in Aomori leaves no lingering odor.

You can choose according to your preference. We also recommend the ``Red and White Half'' set that allows you to enjoy both.
