「くし屋敷」2階にある八席程度のお店。
前から気になっていた店で、ようやく利用する機会があった。
9800円のおまかせで。飲み物は日本酒を注文すると、おチョコを選ばせてくれた。
寿司飯は赤酢、ネタは乾燥熟成させたもので、
どれも旨味が濃縮されている。たとえばマグロは七日間ほど寝かせたもののようだ。熟成ものであれば「海のない滋賀県」というデメリットもないのかな。
今回初めて知ったのは、生イクラはこの時期には食べられるけど、他の時期は冷凍ものだということ。
筋子から取り出したばかりという生イクラは、トロッとして美味かった。
またキスの握りも初めていただいた。こちらは昆布でしめてあるらしい。
ちなみに玉子焼きは甘いタイプではなかったのも好感が持てた（個人的に甘いのはあまり好きではない）。
このお値段で、マグロ、ウニ、イクラがいただけて
握り以外の品も美味しかった。
お酒も色々揃っている。
ぜひまた利用したい。
