Shigaraki ware is a specialty product. Usama Kiln, a Shigaraki ware kiln, has passed down the traditional techniques of Shigaraki ware in Shigaraki, a production area with a history of over 1,000 years. In addition, Omi rice is produced at our own farm in Nagahama City, in a rich natural environment blessed with the water of Lake Biwa. The sweet rice complements the Omi beef.
