The owner of our shop actually visits the farmers who produce the meat and carefully selects only the highest quality products by carefully examining various aspects such as how they are raised and the quality of their meat. Rather than buying whole animals, we purchase high-quality A5/A4 grade meat by cut. We also offer a variety of popular and rare cuts such as ``Kainomi'', ``Ichibo'', and ``Nakaochi Kalbi''. Please enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich flavor.
