○What I liked: ・The sashimi is reasonable. ○Notes: ・You order from your smartphone. ○Parking available. ○Rules: None. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Kusatsu. It's located in a corner of Elty's underground bar area. There are 8 tables inside the store, 10 seats facing the wall at the counter, and maybe 6 tables in the raised area. The store is unexpectedly large. When I started looking at the menu, the staff told me to order using my smartphone. It's progressing surprisingly well. That's what I thought, but apparently the store doesn't have WIFI ^^; I ordered on my smartphone despite the poor reception. [b:〇Appetizer (250 yen)] Chinese-style dressing of vermicelli, kelp, carrots, and bamboo shoots. Slightly sour flavor. Well, is it ready? [b:〇3 types of sashimi (750 yen)] Bonito, yellowtail, and tarika? There are 3 slices each, and all of them are thick. It looks like it's shipped directly from Kihoku in Mie, so it's reasonably fresh. It's cheap to eat in Shiga, but the quality is good. [b:〇Agedashi tofu (350 yen)] Dashi soup with a slightly soy sauce. Tofu itself can be eaten deliciously. I think it would be better if the soup stock was a little more gentle. [b:〇Kanpachi Kama-yaki (490 yen)] Although the kama is small, the meat is firm and filling. Quite reasonable. In addition to the regular sake from within the prefecture, there are also several types of sake from outside the prefecture that are replaced from time to time. Glasses cost around 400 yen, so if you go there once in a while, you can enjoy a variety of things. I'd like to ask a store that accepts smartphone orders to have WIFI as a set.
