Red hotpot is delicious

食べてみると、以外と大丈夫。ハラミ片面だけ焼きすぎた。

こんがり色になったら、ホクホクのニンニクの出来上がり。そのままでは味がなかった。岩塩を付けて食べないと味がしない。

All seats are non-smoking. Parking available. Posted on 3.23. I've been to this Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant many times, but I've never had the hormone hotpot. Shiga Prefecture is the home of Omi beef, but not all prefectures serve Omi beef exclusively. Sometimes people from other prefectures say that it's great that people in Shiga can always eat Omi beef, but that's not true! LOL So, there are some Omi beef shops and others that are reasonably priced. ☑️Although there was an all-you-can-drink highball option, I thought I would get sick, so I ordered the regular one. As a result, all-you-can-drink options are cheaper. I ordered the corner mega. ☑️ Mixed namul costs 350 yen. cheap! ☑️Extremely thick skirt steak Thick skirt steak. delicious. ☑️Techchan It was frozen solid when served. Seriously? I baked it while thawing it on the edge of the wire rack. When I tried it, it was surprisingly delicious lol ☑️ I ordered the grilled Oyster in the shell from Hiroshima Prefecture as I love Oyster. ☑️ Grilled Garlic with Oil The one where you eat garlic with oil on a grid. It's a common thing. When I tried it, it had no taste. There was a rock salt mill, so I poured it on like a nooto bar and ate it. ☑️You can choose Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) stock. This time it's red. You can choose the level of spiciness from 1 to 10. When I talked to the store staff, it seems that 3 is the most common answer. This time I ordered 4. It was quite spicy, but it was just the right amount of spiciness to make it delicious. Contains offal, meatballs, Chinese cabbage, chives, bean sprouts, fried chicken, and tofu. You can order from one person, so you can enjoy both Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) additional option I decided to add Yakiniku (Grilled meat) as I thought it was a restaurant where Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) was more delicious than yakiniku. There was still some dashi stock left, so I asked the waiter if it would be better to add more dashi stock, but he said I could just leave it as is, so I added the offal and vegetable platter. It's starting to boil down a bit, so I added some highball ice cubes to thin it out. The hormones that came with the first set were plump, and the extra ones were even more delicious. Cheap and delicious Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) are by no means bad, but the selling point of this restaurant is probably the red hot pot. My personal impression is that Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is 3.2 and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is 3.8.
