Omi beef Teppanyaki
Established in Minami-Kusatsu 37 years ago. We serve the finest Omi beef from the local area, served hot on a hot plate with our secret thick sauce. Our self-order system and two-hour system allow you |
This is Yakiniku (Grilled meat) recommended by my daughter who lives alone in Kusatsu. The exterior of the restaurant looks like a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant from the Showa era, so it's probably difficult to enter if you don't have any information. However, although this restaurant doesn't have that many types of meat, the portions are generous for the price, and above all, the meat is fresh and delicious! My favorites are the tongue, raw omasum, and skirt steak. First of all, the extra thick-cut tongue was a popular menu item at another restaurant in Kusatsu a while ago, and although it was thick, it was difficult to chew and wasn't that great. However, the thick-cut tongue here is of course thick, and you can chew it easily, it's juicy and delicious, and even the regular Salted beef tongue was a good value for money and very satisfying. The raw omasum has no odor and a good texture. The skirt steak, hanging tenderloin, and kalbi are all delicious, and the restaurant leaves you feeling very satisfied after eating. I've been to several Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants in Kusatsu, but this is probably my favorite restaurant in Kusatsu so far. However, it may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to smoke (there is always a smell).
