自慢のおでん出汁は、開店当初より継ぎ足した唯一無二の京風出汁です。お醤油を使用せずに、お塩で素材の旨みを引き出しております。仕込む素材によってお出汁の風味が微妙に変化するのも、楽しみのひとつです。 |
沖縄出身ではない店主が、沖縄にはまって今年は沖縄フェアとのことです。おでんは流石にうまかったです。個室は取れなかったものの、6人席は掘りごたつ式で、隔離されてたので、ゆっくり談笑できました。お酒混みの金額。気軽に話せるお客さんの接待には使えますよ。生ビールを頼むと麦芽で絵を描いて出してくれます。何かのお祝いなんかにも使えますね。
