I wanted to eat Italian Cuisine, so I made a reservation and visited. This shop is one of the corners of the building where several restaurant have gathered. Is there about 4 counter seats and 4 tables in the restaurant? The interior is stylish based on white. In the open kitchen, the owner is also a young man who is working hard alone. View the menu. There are 3 types of courses. Basically, the main course seems to be a choice of pasta or pizza. This time, I ordered the A course. For the main course, I chose the tomato cream sauce with honzuwai crab and the meat sauce with various mushrooms and porcini mushrooms. A family of five came in at about the same time, and I waited for a while because I started working from there. For a little over 15 minutes, nothing came out, but a set salad was served. They must be using vegetables that are particular about them. ・Focaccia Focaccia has a moist texture and is easy to eat. First of all, this pasta is exquisite. Tomato sauce has a good balance of sweetness and acidity. The cream gives it a richness. And the book snow crab. This spreads the sweet flavor throughout. The amount of pasta boiled is also wonderful. The only thing that bothered me was the small amount? No, I think I just ate it right away because it was delicious ^^;; ・ Various mushrooms and porcini mushroom meat sauce I was attracted to the homemade pappardelle and ordered. Extra-thick pasta comes with a thud. This pasta is thicker than I expected. Therefore, it has a chewy feeling, but more than that, it is a lump.
