ここは結構昔から何回も行っています。
何でしょう。デザイナーズ焼肉店で和牛を食すのも時代の流れとしては間違いでもなく、
嫌いではないんですが、ここは別に接客が良いとか、雰囲気が良いとかではなく、
マスターとママやチーフさんのキャラクターを含め、商品の間違いの無さがひしひしと
伝わったくる感じか好きですね。
特に生千枚のチョジャンの旨さとか、今日のおすすめでお願いした時に出てくる肉は
値段はそれなりに張りますが、間違いなく相応に価値のあるものばかりで、楽しめます。
うーん。。思えば、初めてレバ刺しを旨いと思ったのも、ホルモンを旨いと思ったのも
この店が初めてだったよな。。。
