信楽陶器市の帰り道中にあった焼肉屋さん。
車がたくさん止まってまして、店前からは流行ってる感が満々^o^
お店をのぞいみると、ほぼ満席。
和室が一室空いてて辛うじて入店に成功。
卓上で炭をおこす準備からされますので、食べるまでは少々お時間がかかります。
出てくる肉は近江牛。
近江牛らしく、サシの脂は粗めに入り赤身の発色がいい。（早食い者がいて配膳直後の写真は無し）
食べてみると雑味無く、甘みあり、うました具合（寝かし具合）がいいのかコクというか牛肉独特の渋味があり、後味がさらりとしてる。
肉自体の見た目映えしないが妙味なところが近江牛らしい。
今度はゴルフ帰りで無く、ここ狙いで行ってみたいと思うほど…
久々にいい味の牛肉を食った感じでした(^^)v
