ハンバーグを中心とする洋食屋です。
カジュアルな造りで、敷居の高い洋食屋の印象はありません。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席がバランス良く設置されています。
●本日のハンバーグプレート（1,650円＋tax）
平日10食限定ですが、11時半頃ということもありオーダーできました。
ハンバーグ・日替わりおかず2品・サラダが盛られたプレートに、スープ・ごはん or パンが付きます。
さらに、デザート＋ソフトドリンク or アルコールがセットになっています。
この日の日替わりおかずは、豚ロースの焼肉風と白身魚とベーコンの春巻でした。
パンは、食パンとフランスパンの間くらいのものとの案内でした。
デザートは6種、ソフトドリンクは9種から選ぶことができます。
オーダー後程なくしてスープがサーブされました。
イメージしていた感じとは異なり、清汁っぽい感じのもの。
さらに、フォークとナイフではなく箸、ごはんが茶碗など、洋食屋ですが随所に和の要素が感じられます。
カウンターに並べられている皿も全体的に和のものが中心でした。
プレートは4つ仕切りで、それぞれ独立した配置になっています。
ハンバーグは表面にパン粉のある仕様です。
肉汁が溢れる感じではありませんでしたが、ふっくら軟らかい食感でした。
ただ、全体的にはやや脂感が強い印象です。
デミソースはコクが控えめでマイルドな出来栄えでした。
豚ロースの焼肉風は、一言で言えばとんてき。
食感も軟らかめに仕上げられています。
個人的にはハンバーグよりもこちらの方が良かったです。
白身魚とベーコンの春巻は、揚げ立てで皮の食感が良かったです。
サラダは大根サラダ。
刺身のつまのような細切りで、少し水気の多さが気になりました。
全体的には、パンよりもごはんとの相性が良いと感じる内容でした。
デザートはガトーショコラバニラアイス添え、ドリンクはアーモンドオレをホットでオーダー。
ガトーショコラは想像していた以上のサイズで、ランチサービスとしては充実の盛付。
しっとりさは控えめでしたが、このレベルの店で食べられるものとしては申し分ないと思います。
アーモンドオレはもう少し深みがあればとは感じましたが、アーモンドの風味はしっかり感じられました。
こちらもこのレベルの店としては良いレベルだと思います。
