本日のオヌヌメから、鯨尾の身・赤貝刺身・あさり塩焼き・しらこ塩焼き・おまかせにぎりをいただきますた。今では超貴重な尾の身。尾びれの筋肉質の赤身の美味しいこと！赤貝もデカくてプリッとしてウメー♪しらこは昆布の上で塩焼きとは美味しかった(^-^)。おまかせにぎりは、期待したほどではなかったのがちょっと残念ですな(^-^;。
