県下の焼肉店で、1番のオススメが出来ました。
この日は、職場のリーダーの送別会！散々連れ回した結果、美味しいお肉が食べたいとの事で、ずっと来たかった結さんに、お初天神です(⑉• •⑉)♡
移転され、駅近！たしか、郵便局跡地でしたっけ？
昭和建築っぽさがカッコ良く、ほぼ個室！
2階に案内され、隣席は簾で間仕切りされてます。
お肉の盛り合わせ2種をメインでオーダーしました。近江牛の脂で、胃に来る方もいらっしゃるので、食べ終えてから、オーダーされては？と、案内頂きましたが、大丈夫です！と、キッパリ( ｰ̀֊ｰ́ )✧

厳選された近江牛の希少部位が、ドーンと350ｇ以上！3枚毎に、御出座～。出てきた瞬間に、脂が滲みでる融点の低さ (笑)

レアで焼き上げて、約3秒！片面焼きで、反撥力に磨きが掛かります。
口に入れた瞬間から、oh✧*｡٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و✧*｡
歯ごたえがしっかりしている中にも、スーッと歯切れよし。赤身は、特有の薫りとクセが、じんわりと拡がります！
特筆すべきは、たてバラ！甘みが凄い！
これ1枚の破壊力は、銀河規模かも(笑)

ホルモンは、甘いのなんの！
すっかり脂が溶けだし、胃袋を鍛えてきた甲斐がありました(笑)
赤身の名前忘れましたが、どれも秀逸でした。
地鶏は近江軍鶏かな？川中さんのとこのかな？知らんけど(笑)
ウインナーも、グッ(｡•̀ᴗ-)و ✧
※ 暗いお部屋の性格上、写真はお粗末ですみませんが、実物は大変素晴らしいので、是非現地で確かめて頂きたいです。
総じて、
大草原の小さな家の、太陽の恩恵を受けた牧草で育まれた牛ではないでしょうが( ´•ᴗ•ก )
栄養たっぷりの餌と、牛舎の中で犇めく姿が思い浮かびますよ(笑)
正直、焼肉屋さんでここ最近驚く程の出会いがなかっただけに、ビビりました(笑)
近江牛のアレコレは、また今度 ( *ˊᵕˋ*)σﾏﾀﾈ
