It's near the golf practice range that I often go to, but this was my first visit. I came here for lunch. It is lit up at night and is a very beautiful place. Private rooms are separate rooms, each with its own entrance, and guests must take off their shoes to enter. It feels like I've come to a remote Ryokan. Tables surrounding the hearth, garden and trees visible through the bamboo blinds. A space like the Showa era. I ordered the Omi Beef Hitsumabushi Gozen for 2,728 yen, the wild vegetable soba (warm) for 880 yen, and the Kayaku rice for 330 yen.The Kayaku rice changes daily, and today I had the Mukago rice. The soba is Molokheiya soba. It seems that he actually wanted to have rice cooked in a silver shari pot and soft rice, but he gave up because it would take 30 minutes. My hitsumabushi was said to be served early, so they changed it because they didn't have the time, so next time, let's go eat kamadaki together. Hitsumabushi has the best sweet and salty seasoning of meat. It tastes very similar to the stir-fried meat that my mother used to make. I ate it with dashi soup, but it's good enough with just this beef rice. But it wasn't on the menu. I thought it would be nice if it was a single item. Anyway, it was very delicious and soothing. Thank you for the meal. Posted 3.21
