母の誕生日のお祝いで伺いました。
パスタ、ピザ、リゾットから1品、メインは肉魚どちらかを選択します。
メニューが多く、悩みましたがパスタとピザにして、パスタは最初から取り分けを
お願いしました。
◆モンテコース 3,600円
・サラダ
地元野菜が使用されているそう。バルサミコと粉チーズのドレッシングが美味。
・前菜
綺麗な盛り付け！春なので菜の花のテリーヌだそうです。とり肉入り。
はまちのカルパッチョには大根のマリネが添えられています。
・パスタ 牛肉のラグーソース（私）
牛ミンチがゴロっと入っていてます。パスタの固さもいいのですが、ソースがおいしい！
トマトだけなのかな？とてもクリーミーでした。
フランスパンに付けて最後まで完食！
・ピザ オルトラーナ（母）
茄子、ズッキーニ、パプリカ、モッツアレラのトマトソース。
たっぷりの具材、のびるのびるチーズ！
おっきいけど薄生地でどんどん食べられます。特に周りがサックサク♪
・メイン 鯛のお魚のソテー（私）
私はクリームソースが苦手でほぼお魚だけでいただきましたが
（ごめんなさい、注文の際ソースまでお伺いしなかったんです…）
身はフワフワでしっかり塩コショウされていました。
・近江牛のカツレツ（母）
とにかくすごいボリューム！細切れ肉を塊にしてあって更に中にチーズが入ってます。
ナイフを入れるとすごい肉汁でおいしいー！
デミグラスソースがかかってました。
・デザート チョコレートタルトとアイスクリーム
・食後のコーヒー＆紅茶
予約時に誕生日とお伝えしたところ、デザートプレートにチョコペンで
メッセージを書いていただけ、母も喜んでいました。
いいお天気で琵琶湖の目の前の席で、とても気持ちよかったです。
