滋賀県の守山に来ております。
やはり、滋賀といえば近江牛が食べたいとGoogle mapで営業中のお店を検索すると、ヒットしたのが『純近江牛焼肉 茜』さん。
2021年3月にオープンした近江牛をリーズナブルな価格で提供されている様ですので期待が持てます。
オーダーは、
・サーロイン御膳
・カイノミを後から
しばらくしての提供！
やっぱりキレイなお肉ですねー
内容は、サーロインのお肉、肉のたたき、サラダ、肉味噌が乗ったお豆腐、スープにごはん。
タレは、自家製タレ、わさび醤油、ピンクソルトの3種
まずは、肉のたたきから、、
まぁ〜、やはり美味しい(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
サーロインを焼いていきます。
ミディアムレアで、最初は塩でいただきます、、
間違いなく美味しくて左手ぐーですよー
わさび醤油でも美味しい！
美味しくて完食してしまう前に、カイノミ（食べ比べで2切れ）をオーダー。
サーロインと食べ比べをしました、、
結果、甲乙つけれませんでした(^^)v
食後は、デザートとコーヒーがついています。
デザートはココアムースでした。
和服を着用したホールのスタッフさんも丁寧な対応！
リーズナブルで美味しく近江牛をいただけるお店、また再訪したいと思います！
