美味しい藁焼きの鰹が食べたくて行きましたが、
まず店員に笑顔が一切なく愛想ゼロだったのがかなりきつかったです。
飲み放題を予約のときにつけたのですが
「飲み放題を付けてご予約をいただきましたので～」みたいなその説明も最初になく、
「まずドリンクをお伺いします」とただ一言。
本当に飲み放題のオーダーが通ったのか不安でこちらから通ってますか？とちょっと不安そうに確認したのに、
「はい、通ってますよ」という言葉すらなく、
すっとドリンクメニューを出して
「999円の飲み放題はこちらから選んでいただいています」と。
なんですかね？
失礼な態度を取られたわけではないのですが、気分が悪くなる態度ではありました。
お箸袋にメッセージが書いてあるとか、心を感じさせるマニュアルと店員の態度が乖離していました。
名古屋と高知で食べた藁焼き鰹をもう一度味わいたくて藁焼きのお店を探したのですが、
その肝心のカツオですが、そこまで美味しくなかったです。
不完全燃焼でお店を後にしました。
全体的な雰囲気もなんか活気がなくて二度と行きたくないですね。
楽しく飲みたいなら別の店のほうが良いなと思いました。
ただ、おでんの唐揚げは美味しかったです。
オーナーさんがもしこの書き込みみたら接客をもう少し指導するようお願いします。
