This day is my birthday. I'm already old enough, but I'm grateful and happy to be able to celebrate my birthday. Tatawaraya-san, a straw-grilled hut, is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Moriyama Station ticket gate. There is a big fish tank when you enter, and it gets you excited. When you are shown to your private room, there is a welcome board on the table. [Nabe] 9 dishes in total, including Hakata-style beef offal hotpot and 3 types of sashimi.Today's Small dish is seared chicken. Tataki grilled with straw has no unpleasant gas smell and is easy to eat. Steamed chicken and mizuna salad with sesame seeds Soft steamed chicken, crunchy mizuna and sliced onions. The punchy garlic flavor is exquisite. Assortment of 3 types of sashimi: sea bream, salmon, and hamachi (?). All of these fish are very fatty, and modern distribution and preservation systems are amazing. A great option for horse mackerel The horse mackerel that was swimming in the fish tank at the entrance appears alive and in its prime. Super fresh and still alive. Horse mackerel has a strong sweetness and rich flavor. We tend to eat filleted meat or fish without thinking about it, but when we eat it, we feel that we are receiving it. Hakata-style beef offal hot pot A hot pot with plenty of beef offal, bean sprouts, salmon, cabbage, and sliced onions. As it is Hakata style, it can be served in an aluminum pot. Enjoy the soft offal in a soy sauce-based soup. The fresh offal (offal) is sweet and goes well with cabbage and salmon. Ramen was also prepared for me, and I was pretty full at this point. Deep-fried young chicken Two huge fried chicken pieces. Served sprinkled with chopped green onions. The piping hot and juicy fried chicken has the taste of a specialty restaurant. Even though I'm already full, I can still eat this. Finally, we had dessert pudding and paid the bill. They even handed me a souvenir just as I was about to leave the store. When I got home and checked what was inside, it was chirashi Sushi. I had this for breakfast the next day. Hospitality that even provides unexpected souvenirs.
