We grow vegetables from Taiwan and Japan in our own fields without using pesticides, and we strive to create dishes that are healthy for everyone.

Starting in June, the restaurant will offer a completely new menu, centered around a kaiseki course, and its own unique "Taiwanese kaiseki cuisine" that even vegans can enjoy. The beautiful-looking dishes, made using the finest authentic ingredients, offer a luxurious taste that can only be found at "Riurin-en." They are particular about the tableware they use, and use tableware painstakingly crafted by Shigaraki ware master Tamura Shizuo (Shinnyo Toki). If you would like to visit, you must make a reservation by noon the day before (including the order details) in order to prepare fresh ingredients.
