This course allows you to enjoy Tsuyu Shabu Sashimi and exquisite Omi Beef Nigiri. Hyotan-ya's original Japanese Cuisine "Tsuyu Shabu" is a combination of pork, Japanese-style soup, and condiments. Hyotanya's Omi beef is particular about being graded at the highest grade of A-4 or above (up to A-5) among the carcass grades set by the Japan Meat Grading Association. The meat is perfectly tender and delicious, and the beautiful marbling remains! !
