本店は本店の良さがある『岡喜本店』

数年前にOKAKI守山店に夕方お伺いして特選ステーキのみをミディアムでオーダーし、少し時間がかかったがアルミホイルに巻き休ませる調理法で焼かれた『肉』が風味・焼き加減が良く大変美味しくいただけたことから『岡喜』のファンになりOKAKI守山店、大津店には何度かお伺いし、3ヶ月前にはかがみの里(ステーキ焼セルフ)に行ってきましたが、『岡喜本店』には初めてのお伺いになりました。
色んなものが少しずつ味わえる苗村御膳・特選フィレ(ステーキ焼セルフ)にしてみました。
【木箱料理】
○本日の牛刺
柔らかく美味しくいただけました。何故生姜醤油で………なんとなく意味が解りました。

サーモンのマリネ
中華風で美味しくいただけました。
○肉寿司
上品な寿司酢と肉の甘みが相まって美味しくいただけました。熟成肉ぽく感じました。
【ビーフシチュー】
シチューは肉の旨味がよくでているが上品で、歯ごたえはあるが柔らかな塊が存在感をより強くしていた!!

自分好みに焼くことができ、大変美味しくいただけました。殆どタレ無しでお肉はいただけました♥♥♥♥♥

隣接して精肉店もありました。肉も案外格安、コロッケ・メンチカツが美味しい♥♥

前回2月にお伺いして苗村御膳(コスパ感があり)をいただいて味を占めて、今回近江牛特選ステーキコース(フレ月180g)にしてみました。
座敷で自分好みに焼ける(ロースター)と思い失敗しました………というのが苗村御膳は固形燃料で焼ける肉質と量とカット………
肉質とカットの仕方が焼き肉仕様と思われました。残念(値段は値段なりの……と思われました)
半年前(11/23)にお伺いした岡喜かがみの里店のヒレステーキ定食(6600円の自分好みに焼けるロースタータイプ)の方が美味しく感じました。追加しようか迷いました～
