The chef's passion. We purchase not only Omi beef from our own farm, but also vegetables from Shiga Prefecture. The vegetables that come with appetizers and Small dish dishes vary depending on the season and purchasing status.

``Okagi'' was founded in 1839 by the first generation Shoshichi as a beef and horse dealer.Since then, the business has changed with the changing times and developed the current form of beef fattening.
