【滋賀県初投稿です！】蒲生郡竜王町のアグリパーク近くにある「近江牛 岡喜本店」さんに伺いました。近江牛といえば日本三大和牛（近江牛、神戸牛、松阪牛）の一つ、中でも近江牛は他の2種類に比べて飼育の歴史が長く（※）、江戸時代から彦根藩井伊家から将軍家・御三家に味噌漬けとして献上されてただけじゃなくて、そのうえお値段は抑えられてるなんて、確かな感じがしますね♪ちなみに、そんな近江牛の生産者岡喜さんは、地元に根差した取組・ビジネスをされているだけじゃなく、東京日本橋等にも出店されてるみたいですね。
（※）400年。神戸牛が開国後の1859年、松阪牛が大正時代から。
淡いエメラルド色の高い建物がこの辺りだと目立ちますけど、開店に合わせて最初に名前を書いて伺ったら、0組待ちですぐに入れました。気が付いたら開店同時に結構行列ができる人気店で、さすが本店さん♬
この日いただいたのは、「近江牛ステーキ御膳」の特選ロース（110g）です。
最初に野菜を焼いて、プレートが温まってきたら、お肉を焼きます。お肉はとってもジューシー、かみ切りやすいソフトな感じが幸せ(❁´ω`❁)～♡岡喜さんのお肉の特徴らしいんですけど、お肉はロースなのに、脂はプレートにのせてすぐに溶け出して、しつこくないのもいいですね♬
残った脂身も含めたふわふわなお肉がとっても美味しい(❁´ω`❁)～♡
卓上にある岩塩2種類（アンデスの夜明け、フルール・ド・セル）とお膳に付いてくるたれ2種類を付けていただくんですけど、脂身があるお肉なので、私的には岩塩を取り換えながらつけて、たれにちょっぴり付けていただくのが好き！
お肉の追加（一人前ずつ）もできます。
付け合わせでローストビーフや小鉢、お漬物もついてきて、結構豪華な食事になりました☆
お肉を小売りする店舗も併設されてるので、お食事の後に覗いてみてくださいね♬
街中から外れた所にあるのは仕方ないですけど、特別なお食事やデート、接待に良さそうです。
