I went to Shiga prefecture for a drive. When I looked it up online, I saw Mr. Matsuki from this shop, so I decided to give it a try. It's a small shop that you have to research before you go, and the parking lot was hard to find as there was only room for about 2 cars. When I entered the restaurant, it looked stylish, had a wide variety of menus, and felt comfortable. I think the famous three-color Seafood Seafood Bowl set meal is easy for women to eat because it has less rice and doesn't have an extravagant array of fish. As a sashimi fan, I wanted a little more fish...(^_^;) The fish is cut fresh each time you order, so it takes a while for it to come out, but it looks beautiful and well-crafted. I thought it would come out. I think it's run by a husband and wife team, and I get the sense that they put a lot of effort into preparing both the evening and lunch menus.
