It was a great shop! ! ! I stopped by during a trip to Shiga with my mother and sister. On that day, my schedule didn't go well at all and I felt depressed, so I just wanted to eat meat no matter what! ! So I turned the car around and went in. I think the place was fully booked, but after confirming, they happily prepared a table for us right away. There was a big hit and I was excited to the max! It was impressively delicious! Raw senmai is also fresh and delicious! There's no place to bake? While we were talking, Shichirin appeared! The meat was beautiful, sweet, and voluminous, and since it was grilled over charcoal, it had a nice aroma, and it was absolutely delicious! I was happy to see that they were particular about the sauce, and there are no other Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants like this in my hometown, so I'm really glad I was able to try it on this trip. Above all, the manager was a really nice guy, and I was really happy that Ikkyutei Hijiri was the last person I stopped by on that day when I was feeling down. The day turned into a very good travel day. Next time I go on a trip to Shiga, I would definitely like to come back!
