『仕出し 魚石』として創業百年余の老舗。 |
琵琶湖南端をぐるりと折り返して北上。ブロンプトンの部品が落下し、ホームセンターで修理するというアクシデントがあったり、雨に冷や冷やさせられながらも、近江八幡に到着した。
さあ、今晩の晩ごはんはこの旅のメインイベントだ。HPによると予約は4名からということだったが、ダメもとで電話して必死にお願いしたところOKを頂いて念願の訪問なのだ。
タクシーで田畑をズンズン進んで行くと古びたちっちゃい集落に入り目指すこちらに到着した。周りは民家、お店も民家。
2階の個室に通されてスタート。
美味しい。丁寧だ。美しいし、工夫が凝らされている。湖の生き物たちも繊細に細工されて美味しく品よく仕上がっている。
途中ご主人とお話ししたが真面目で優しそう。お人柄も美味しいお料理の要素なのだ。
ああ、幸せだ。
またここで食べたい。
