I visited Lion Maru Omihachiman Ekimae store during a late lunch time on a holiday. To be honest, both of the shops I was looking for were closed and fully booked, so I rushed to the shop in front of the station. Since I was in Shiga Prefecture, the land of Omi, I ordered the Omi set meal. We had Omi beef Croquette, Lake Biwa smelt boiled in tsukudani, fried chicken, fried shrimp, medium fatty tuna sashimi, Small dish, miso soup, and rice. It looks so Omi-colored, maybe it's not strong? Croquette were generally delicious, but the most delicious thing was surprisingly the tuna (medium fatty tuna). Average taste.
