気さくな女店主さんとお話ししながらお買い物
湖岸道路から一本入ったところにある湖魚の惣菜屋さん。
ＴＶで放送もされて、結構話題になってますかね?
今回は実家への手土産を買いに寄りました。
店内に入ると女店主さんが、元気なお声で声をかけて下さいました。
すごく話しやすい方で、いろいろ話が弾んじゃいました。
店内では少し異様な匂いがして、「鮒ずし」だなって思ったら、案の定先ほどスライスしていたとの事です。
いつも臭う訳ではないようですよ。
琵琶湖で取れる魚の煮つけや鮒ずし、サンドイッチが購入出来ます。
瓶詰めがすごくかわいかったんですが、すこし値段がお高めだったので、迷わずパック仕様の物を。
購入したのは、実家用に「うろり煮100ｇ500円」と「あゆ煮100ｇ500円」
量り売りもしていただけるようですよ。
大好きな壱製パン所さんのパンを使用した「エビパン260円」のタマゴをサンドした物も購入しました。
バンズにエビが入ってて、ふわっと香りがして美味しいパンです。タマゴの方にあまり味付けがしてないのか、ちょっと頼りない感じだったかな?
家用にもうろり煮を買ったんですが、こういう味付け大好きです。白いご飯に合うおかずでした。
気になった鰻サンドはお高くて買えませんでした。
お昼頃には鯉の煮つけも出てくるようです。次回はそれに合わせて伺いたいな。
鯉のこってりした煮つけ、大好きです。

前回購入出来なかった「鯉の煮つけ500円(税抜）」を買ってきました。
お昼過ぎに伺ったら3切れ残っていて、実家用と家用と。
煮つけは丁寧に炊かれ、あまり臭みも感じなくて、昔から大好きなこってり甘辛味。
白ご飯に本当に合いました。
次回はふりかけをめざして・・・ごちそうさまでした。
