最近雑誌などでよく見かける「ビワコドーターズ」さん。
ドライブ時に昼食の買い出しを兼ねて、寄ってみました。
湖周道路より少し中に入った立地。
野洲ぐらいで曲がりますが、滋賀県民でもこの辺りの集落に入ることは中々ないですね。
ごく普通の昔ながらの住宅地。
こんな所に？という場所にお店がありました。
SNSが全盛の現代では、この立地でも勝機はあるのでしょうね。
お店前の駐車場に停車して入店しました。
湖魚を扱うお店とは思えない、カフェといってもいいような店内。
びわ湖の幸を扱う、お惣菜やさんといったお店のラインアップ。購入してみたいと思うような衝動に駆られる、商品がたくさんありますね。
もちろん、びわ湖ならではのコアなメニューも。ふなずし、あゆの姿煮、BASSバーガー、うなぎサンド等・・ 造りもあって、鯉の小造りやビワマスの造りもありました。
珍味から、カジュアルなパンもの、手軽なふりかけまで、幅が広いですね。
取りあえず昼食と、自宅用を選択しました。

お目当てのうなぎサンドはこの日は品切れでした。
場所を移して、びわ湖岸で実食です。
わたしはビワマスのサンド。パンは近江八幡の壱製パン所さんとのコラボとのことで、間違いないですね。ボリューミーで本格的な食べ応え。具沢山で完成度は高いです。
ふなずしサンドも恐る恐る・・ 意外といっては失礼ですがいけてる。
いずれも、クオリティー高くて、普通にパン屋さんレベルですね。
小魚や海老の佃煮なんかも、打ち出し方ひとつで、お洒落に変わるものですね。
引き出しの多そうなお店、次回こそは、うなぎサンドもゲットしたいですね。
