基本的には、1日一組限定の「宿」であるが、ランチ利用もできる。 |
日登美ワイナリーとは兄弟関係だそうです。
とてつもない山の中にぽつんとある山小屋のような建物。近くに愛知川が流れています。
水車小屋もあって、風流。
中も昔ながらの山小屋風で、囲炉裏が３つもあって、そばちょこや弓矢なんかが飾ってあります。
でも、何よりも、食事の美味しいこと！！
岩魚の卵の味噌漬け、まいたけのスダチ和え、岩魚のカルパッチョ／お刺身／梅酢和え、里芋の味噌煮、岩魚の串焼き（にんにくオイル。スダチもある。）等々どれをとっても美味しくて、お酒がすすみます。
ビールもありますが、やっぱり日本酒。それも鳩徳利を使って、囲炉裏で温めるのは初めて見ました。
まわりは静かで、虫の声や鳥の声が聞こえますし、水音が遠くに聞こえます。
当たり前ですが、車を運転して来たら飲めません。
泊ると、夜通し囲炉裏を囲んで飲み続けられるんです。
お店の方のお話しでは、ごはんが終わったら、別の建屋に引き上げられるそうで、
あとは、用意していただいた一升瓶を勝手きままに飲み続けられます。
宿泊は一組限定なので、気兼ねなく。
今度は泊ってみたい！
