だんだん質が落ちてるような
八日市に用事があり、それを済ますと、ディナータイム。当店にお邪魔することに。アプリクーポンでドリンクバーが無料。本日は、北海道フェアということで、いくらやサーモン、貝類が美味しそう。それにしても１カン３００円など、高級路線に方向転換を図られているようだ。しかし、質が値段についていっていないのが残念なところ。確かに、旨いのなら高くても手が出るのだが、この質ではちょっと…。まあ、２カンで１００円というのもまだあるから、お手軽なのはお手軽なのかもしれないが。これでは、他の回転寿司チェーン店には勝てないだろう。
お寿司を手軽に
八日市で用事があったので、そちらを済ませて、週末の１３時を過ぎてからの訪問。なかなかどうして、この時点で８割程度の客入り。なかなか人気がある。ネタも１皿２カン入り１００円寿司のイメージから脱却を図っているのか、高級ネタが多数回っている。そして、どうしてもそちらに手が伸びてしまうというもの。上質とまではいかないが、値段なりの旨さ。また、何も考えず、食べ過ぎてしまった。小生はいつも限界まで食べてしまう癖がある。…と少し反省するのだが、そんなことは、旨そうなものを目の前にした瞬間、すぐに忘れてしまうんだよなぁ。
路線が変わったかな
八日市駅から徒歩１７分のところにある当店。駐車場あり。格安で食べられるイメージの強いかっぱ寿司。コロワイド傘下に入り、最近では食べ放題を導入するなど、話題に尽きない。近くに用事があったので、お邪魔することに。店内は広く、ゆったりしている。全てタッチパネル注文で、新幹線の形をした皿がレーンの上を移動し、寿司を運ぶ。なかなか面白い仕掛け。一般的な回転寿司より清潔感がある。また、イメージと違う高級ネタが目白押し。大トロや神戸牛や富山産白魚など。調子に乗って、高級ネタを中心に食べていたら、びっくりするくらいの会計になってしまった。よく考えたら、高級ネタ１カン３３０円だから、普通の寿司屋なら２カンで６６０円のネタを食べたことになる。まんまと作戦にハマった感じ。まあ、いいか。こんな事もある。

This restaurant is located in Yokaichi. Parking is available. I visited on a weekend night and there were not many customers. I wonder if it's okay. I had business nearby so I visited again. I wasn't expecting much, but I made a new discovery. First of all, although it is Conveyor belt sushi, the plates are no longer rotating. You order on a tablet, and Sushi is automatically brought to you on a Shinkansen-shaped tray. Then you check your order and return the tray. This confirmation (task) is important, and since the system has changed so that the staff does not come to count the number of plates at the end, it counts that you have eaten. And the quality. By raising the price setting, the quality has also improved. Especially the sea urchin, which used to be soggy, is now firm and looks beautiful. The price has certainly gone up, but this is better. On the other hand, 100 yen Sushi feels shoddy. It seems strange that the plates don't rotate at Conveyor belt sushi, but I guess it's fine.
