琵琶湖ツアーで立ち寄ったヒトミワイナリー。土産の一本をガブ飲みです。
実は日本の観光地ワイナリーに辟易としていましたが、ココはなかなかのもんでした。
デラウェアやベリーAのワインで、美味しいどころか、こましなものにも出会ったことがありませんでしたが、ココのにごりは中々のもんです。
ほんまのワイン好き（カルヴェネソーヴィニヨンに軸をおく人）には、おそらく邪道に映るでしょうが、生粋の酒好き（土地とそこにある風土や文化と人の想いを発酵させたコミュニケーションツールを酒と捉えるなら）間違いなく、グッとくる一杯です。
ハンドルキーパーがいてくれましたので、10種類ぐらいテイスティングさせていただきましたが、なんせ人がイキイキしてる。ここでは説明しませんが、なぜこの造りなのか想いが溢れていましたね。そしてパンも絶品です。
市販でただ飲むだけでは旨さ1/3。ぜひ現地でどうぞ。応援したくなる蔵ですね。
