東近江から帰路に着く途中にある
ヒトミワイナリーさんへ寄り道。
こちらは、ワイン好きにはたまらない
場所でしょうね☆
工場見学にテイスティングなどもできます。
今回は、焼きたてパンを購入。
ワイン酵母を使用したパンは
ワインにバッチリ合いそうな
チーズをふんだんに使ったパンや
クランベリーやくるみが入ったパンなど。
甘い系のパンは少なめです。
5つほど購入しましたが
何個買った？
と旦那に聞かれるほど
パンの入った袋はずっしりと重い。
温めると中のモッツァレラチーズが
とろ～んとのびて、バジル生地との相性抜群。
ゴルゴンゾーラの風味に
クランベリーの甘酸っぱさがプラスされたもの。
チーズにベーコンの入ったタイプ
そのどれもがひとつひとつがすっしりとしてるので
食べごたえはかなりあります。
