のっぺいうどんなるもの、気になって気になって入店しました！土曜の雪の日14時近いのでさくっと入れた。焼き鯖寿司は売り切れだったから、のっぺいうどん単品でオーダー。まずうどんの鉢が大きくてテンションあがる。蓋を取ると想像以上の大きさの椎茸があってテンションあがる。食べて熱々かつ椎茸のダシが効いててテンションあがる。やっぱり一回は食べないと！美味しかった♪
