素晴らしいお店です
妻からのリクエストは長浜の鯖。秋も深まった晴天の昨日、ドライブがてら行って来ました。このお店は2回目、妻はそれ以上に来ているようです。到着が祭日のお昼時となりお店には15名ほどが並んでいましたが想定範囲内、30分程待ちました。（私は普段並んでまでして食べることを全くしないのですが）
お目当ては焼鯖そうめん、前回初めは生臭いだろうと思って躊躇していた私に妻からの強力なプッシュで食べてみるとこれが絶品。どうやって作るのでしょうか？それに棒すし、これもはずせません。
やはり前回のイメージは間違い無かった。美味いです。絶品です。それにこのお店の凄いところはお店の造りや調度品もさることながら給仕されている女性の方々の振るまいがとても自然で感じが良いのです。
賑やかな観光地でこんなお店、珍しく貴重です。
また行きます。

遊びに来ている姪を連れて長浜へ。平日で天気は悪いけれど混んでしまう前に早めにまずこちらへ入りましょう。こちらの鯖ソーメンと鯖寿司は長浜でははずせません。北国街道にあるこちらのお店は店内の雰囲気も抜群、姪も大喜び。そしてやはり美味しいですね。生臭さが全く無いこの上品な味はこちらのお店でしか味わえないでしょう。焼き鯖のお寿司も美味しいです。入店時には先客一組だったのがあっという間に全て埋まってしまいました。観光地だけど本物を味わえるとても良いお店です。
