休日の11時20分に到着。
ウェイティングボードが出ており、名前、人数、テーブルかカウンター、車ナンバーを記入。
先客1名。
11時30分にオープン。
お茶はジャスミン茶。小さなやかんで。

にしました。
スープは澄んでいて、香油が浮く。
薄味で上品。
麺は、やや太く、ストレート、平たい。
ツルツル、コシあり。
チャーシュー2枚。小ぶり、ジワッと旨み。
鶏チャーシュー2枚。あっさり。
めんま、材木型、味わい深い。薄味。
ミツバ。
素材の味が感じられる薄味仕上げ。
大変おいしかったです。
